Delayed payments may result in cancellation or penalties.

3. Cancellation Policy

By the Client: Cancellations made 30+ days before the event will incur a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will not be refunded.

By Innovenz: In rare cases of cancellation on our part, a full refund will be provided, or alternate arrangements will be made.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, timely approvals, and access to venues. Failure to comply may result in delays or additional charges.

5. Liability Limitation

Innovenz is not liable for issues caused by:

Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather disruptions).

Third-party vendor failures or client-provided materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, including designs and concepts, remain the property of Innovenz unless agreed otherwise. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and ensure all event details remain confidential. For corporate events, sensitive information will be handled with strict discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be handled via mutual discussions. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration under [your country/state] law.

9. Communication

Official communication, approvals, or updates must be made via email or phone. Both parties must adhere to the agreed timelines.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under specific conditions (e.g., breach of terms). Refunds will depend on the status of work completed.

Compliance with all legal and venue-specific requirements is the client’s responsibility.
